Abstract
This text problematizes a set of educational issues that reflect some of the tensions that are felt in Higher Education in Portugal, resulting from phenomena of Europeanization and logics of globalization and massification, of a neoliberal nature, which mark the discourse and educational practices in this field. The process of construction of an innovative training offer, developed in the context of a public higher education institution, is presented, seeking to make explicit the political and pedagogical logics underlying its construction, seeking to give visibility to forms of resistance and criticism to bureaucratic, uncritical and standardized processes. We share the experience developed in the construction of a recent and innovative master's degree course, stating a set of issues and interconnecting several axes of analysis: political, epistemological and political-pedagogical and organizational. Defending a comprehensive, integrated and critical vision of the educational phenomena and processes of adults in Higher Education, this reflection seeks to contribute to enriching the debate, highlighting changes resulting from micro-policies of teaching action, which allow opening up to other spaces and scenarios, breaking the traditional boundaries of rationalization and dogmatization.
