Democratizar a (educação em) ciência, em contexto de cooperação internacional: o caso da Cartas com Ciência

Abstract
Informal education initiatives create more opportunities to bring young people closer to science. However, not every young person has access to the same opportunities. This article presents the work of Cartas com Ciência, which aims to fight social inequalities using science in an international cooperation context with eight countries where Portuguese is an official language. For the majority of the 560 young people who have already participated, it was the first time they "met" a person working in science.
