Abstract
The innovative context of the program "Acompanhamento da Utilização Educativa da Internet nas Escolas Públicas do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico", the multiple vicissitudes it went through and the fact of already counting four years of effective work in schools seem to constitute interesting conditions to develop a study that allows to perceive if there are changes in the way primary school teachers integrate ICT in their practice.
To reach these goals we tried, at first, to analyse the documentation produced by all the intervening parties, in the perspective of understanding how the program was organised and the success it obtained. Then, the study focus on an Agru-pamento de Escolas and its goal is to understand the perceptions of the interveners about the impact of the program in that community.
