Abstract
Art not only allows us to convey ideas and emotions, but also promotes personal and social development. Artistic practices foster inclusion and collective construction in the community. This article aims to present the process developed in a musical project entitled “Estendal de Memórias, Artistic Co-creation with Senior Audiences”, carried out at the Fundão Senior Academy. The study allowed us to understand and deepen our knowledge of how art can be a fundamental tool for personal and social development.
