Condicionantes e soluções na gestão dos projetos uma visão crítica e prospetiva

Abstract

In this article we discuss some of the main constraints to the implementation of the various projects that have taken place in Portuguese-speaking countries in which the Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal has participated, since its inception in the 1980s. Strategies that could improve the most problematic situations are mentioned, with a view to improving the management of this type of project.
